技術說明

新冠病毒（COVID-19）是百年一遇的世紀病毒造成全球全面性極大傷害。本案提出針對新冠病毒（SARS-CoV-2）感染之治療方法。本方法包含以甲氨蝶呤(Methotrexate)與瑞德西韋(Remdesivir)之感染複方，並找出其複方之最佳組合比例為1:13至1:25。 Disclosed herein is a method against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. The method includes administering to a subject in need thereof a first active ingredient selected from the group consisting of methotrexate (MTX) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a second active ingredient selected from the group consisting of remdesivir and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A molar ratio of the first active ingredient to the second active ingredient ranges from 1:13 to 1:25.
