技術說明

本發明是研發新型奈米纖維之溫感型水凝膠，利用複合材料的設計策略來製備可模擬細胞外基質的三維培養支架，其中材料一為具生物活性之分子，材料二為具可調整基質之機械性能的聚醚類材料，將以上兩種材料優化可製備成具溫感性質之奈米複合三維材料。本發明將可改善目前市售三維水凝膠的使用極限(或限制)以及降低材料成本，將可應用的範圍包含組織工程、再生醫學、藥物載體、癌症模型及細胞治療。 This invention discovers new thermoresponsive hydrogels with nanofiber morphology that structurally mimic the in vivo microenvironment, that is, the extracellular matrix. These composite materials include bioactive molecules and tunable mechanical properties of polyether, which are self-assembled in specific nano-structures. These materials can reduce the cost compare with the commercial available materials and have various applications, including tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, drug carriers, tumor models and cell therapy.
