技術說明

The present disclosure relates to an optical waveguide, and more particularly to a fabrication insensitive wavelength division multiplexer and demultiplexer. The object of the present disclosure is to provide a fabrication insensitive wavelength division multiplexer and demultiplexer that effectively reduces the wavelength drift and channel crosstalk upon process imperfection, so as to further improve the device production yield.
