技術說明

中文 具自我保護功能之功率模組，包含下列特點：(1)利用電流偵測電路偵測通過汲極至源極的電流之di/dt變化。(2)電壓偵測電路偵測閘極到源極間之dv/dt變化。(3)脈波正負緣偵測電路偵測閘極驅動電壓的脈沖寬度調變信號的相位，操作頻率之變化。當上述任一種情況的變化超過保護電路之預設值時，控制器將立即截止功率開關避免功率模組損壞。 英文 The power module has three functions. First, the di/dt value of the ids isestimated using the current detection circuit. Second, the dv/dt value of the vgs is estimated using the voltage detection circuit. Third, the gate driver voltage undergoes PWM, including the phase and the operating frequency, by using a pulse rising-edge and a pulse falling edge detection circuit. When the ids value, vgs value, phase, or operating frequency exceed the default values of the detection circuit, the controller immediately ceases operation to avoid any damage to power module.
