無須染色、無須切片之加色多倍頻顯微鏡(AHGM)，可同時以不同顏色表現阿茲海默症(AD)之神經病理特徵：於單一視野下以不同顏色區分澱粉樣蛋白β(Aβ)斑塊、神經元纖維纏結及神經軸突，空間解析度達次飛升等級。 A label-free slide-free additive-color multiharmonic generation microscopy (AHGM) to elucidate, simultaneously with different colors, Alzheimer’s disease (AD) neuropathological pathological hallmarks: amyloid β (Aβ) plaques and neurofibrillary tangles (NFT) along with axons with a sub-femtoliter resolution in a single field-of-view.
