過去的文獻證據建議在有足夠的劑量下，支持性站立練習，如站立架等，可以有效地預防動作發展遲緩的兒童（如腦性麻痺）的肌肉骨骼系統惡化，因此為提供動作發展遲緩兒童支持性站立的訓練輔助科技有其需要性。本發明提供一種站姿訓練移動載具，以承載一患者(例如但不限於兒童)進行位移。站姿訓練移動載具包括：一承載基座、一移動模組、一升降模組、一控制模組及一支撐模組。移動模組、升降模組及支撐模組設置在承載基座上。控制模組設置在升降模組上且耦接於移動模組。控制模組包括一操控平台及至少兩個控制元件。支撐模組包括一對支撐架、一第一支撐組件、一第二支撐組件及一第三支撐組件。第一支撐組件、第二支撐組件及第三支撐組件能分別滑動地設置在一對支撐架上，且第二支撐組件設置在第一支撐組件與第三支撐組件之間。第一支撐組件具有一能抵靠在患者上的第一抵靠面，第二支撐組件具有一能抵靠在患者上的第二抵靠面，第三支撐組件具有一能抵靠在患者上的第三抵靠面。這種新的“兒童友好”童用可調式電動行動站立架的設計旨在促進兒童肌肉骨骼系統的最佳發展，並可讓兒童在支持性站立下練習主動性探索環境和雙手協調。There are evidence-based recommendations for effective dosing of pediatric supported standing programs by using stander for preventing deterioration of musculoskeletal system for children with motor delays, such as cerebral palsy. The present invention provides a standing training moving device to support a patient (the patient can be, but not limited to, pediatric) to move. The standing training moving device includes a basement, a transport module, a lifting module, a control module, and a supporting module. The transport module, the lifting module, and the supporting module are disposed on the basement. The control module is disposed on the lifting module and coupled to the transport module. The control module includes a control platform and at least two control element. The supporting module includes a pair of support frame, a first support component, a second support component, and a third support component. The first support component, the second support component, and the third support component are slidingly disposed on the pair of support frame respectively. The second support component is disposed between the first support component and the second support component. The first support component includes a first abutment surface which can abut on the patient. The second support component includes a second abutment surface which can abut on the patient. The third support component includes a third abutment surface which can abut on the patient. This new 'child-friendly' standing training moving device has been designed with intention to promote optimal the development of musculoskeletal system and to provide children to actively explore the environment and bimanual coordination while they are in supported standing programs.
